Shipping Policy

Processing Times 

As many of our products are made to order, please allow the following processing times before your order is dispatched:

Made to order items: 7-14 business days 

In stock items: 3-5 business days 

Processing time in in additon to shippin transit time.

Please note  

Selecting express shipping at checkout does not speed up the processing or production time of your order, Express shipping only applies to the delivery speed once your order has been dispatched. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping. 

We ship within Australia only via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times will vary on your location and peak periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Delays 

While we do our best to meet processing and delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or circumstances outside our control (such as Australia Post delays) we appreicate your patience.
