Returns and Refund Policy 

At OEO Creations, we take pride in the quality of our personalised prodcuts. Because our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Order Cancellations 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before production has begun. Once your order is in production, we are unable to cancel or make changes.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Items that have been customised or personalised (including custom names, designs ot text) cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty. 

Colour Variations

Please note that colours may vary slightly on finished products due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and fabric dyes. These variations are not considered faults and are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Sizing 

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns due to incorrect size selection. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering. Please note measurements can vary within 2.5cm, this is within our tolerance. 

Australian Consumer Law

 Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, not described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy, Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

If an item needs to be returned due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. 

Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to be retunred to your original payment method.
